TF2 obvious aimbot, heavy nospread, and very likely wallhack. Apart from the hacks, he's one of the worst players I've ever seen; doesn't look around, doesn't pay attention to sound, etc.. I'll include three demos (he died a lot), but they're all basically the same.
He was using the name "39715" (profile page here - be sure to report him to Valve) and his Steam ID is STEAM_0:1:74556842.
